Pins and Bushing (Internal) – Prevent Damages
1 - Take a tape measure A
2 - Use the table below to find the Li (initial length) of the links B that corresponds to the code of your undercarriage, and note it down for use in subsequent measurements.
3 - Bearing in mind that this check should be carried out before 250 hours (three-monthly), proceed with measurement.
4 -To define average wear measure the length of L of four sections: do this on a section of the upper part of the track in an area that is properly tensioned and does not include the coupling pin.
5 - The acceptable wear limit corresponds to 75% of the initial value Li: therefore, when the corresponding value is reached replace all the pins and bushings of the links B checks on other abrasion zones will still need to be carried out.
